Optimus Proposals: How to Email a Proposal to a Customer

How to email an Optimus proposal to a customer or other deal contact from within Enerflo, including adding a personal message and how to share it with someone outside the deal.

STEP 1

Navigate to the Proposal stage, find the Proposal you want to share and click the Proposal button. This will open the Proposal.

STEP 2

From the Home Page of the Proposal, find and click on the Envelope Icon.

STEP 3

A Pop-up Window will appear. Select the recipient(s) from the contacts on the deal, such as the customer, the co-signer, or the trustee if applicable.

Proposals can only be emailed to contacts on the deal. If no contact on the deal has an email, this message will appear:

Use the message box to add a personal note. Your message is added to Enerflo's standard proposal email, which includes the button to view the proposal and your signature. Custom HTML isn't supported. Click Share to send.

💡 Sharing with someone who isn't on the deal? Copy the proposal URL from the top of the proposal and send it from your own email instead.
