Overview
When an Authorized Dealer submits deals through LightReach, LightReach routes them using an alias tied to that dealer. The alias in Enerflo must exactly match LightReach's records, or deals won't route to the correct pipeline.
Step 1: Confirm the Alias with LightReach
Confirm the exact alias LightReach has on file for the dealer/sub-org — including spacing and capitalization.
Step 2: Update the Alias in Enerflo
Go to Settings > Installer > Authorized Dealers.
Select the dealer.
Go to the dealer's Integrations settings.
Enter/update the LightReach alias to match exactly.
Click Save.
Troubleshooting
Deals not routing correctly: Verify the alias matches LightReach's records exactly.
New sub-org can't route deals: Confirm an alias has been set up at all.
Dealer can't log into the LightReach portal: This is outside Enerflo's control — direct them to LightReach support.
Changing or Adding an Alias on an Account With Existing Deals
Adding a new alias, or changing an existing one, can affect routing for other deals on the same account. If an account has active or in-progress LightReach applications when an alias changes, those applications' routing will break.
Before changing an alias on an account with active LightReach deals:
Check whether any other deals on the account have in-progress LightReach applications.
If an existing application does break after an alias change, you generally have two options: (a) revert or adjust the alias so the account's submissions route the way they did originally, or (b) create a new lead for the affected customer and resubmit under the current alias configuration.
Removing/re-adding the alias will reroute all of that account's submissions, not just the one that broke — confirm that's what you want before doing this.
