What is IGS Recheck
Recheck is a verification step lenders use to confirm sales reps are good to sell. IGS requires reps to be Recheck verified before they can create and send financing contracts.
Enerflo checks this at two points in the deal: proposal creation and finance contract send.
Setting Up Recheck
You can get set up in just a few clicks.
Click your name in the top right
Click My Account
Go to the Licenses tab
Click + New
In the license dropdown, select Recheck
Click Verify with Recheck to be taken to Recheck and complete the process.
Troubleshooting
Error: "User is not Recheck verified. Please go to your user profile to add a Recheck license"
A rep who has not completed Recheck with IGS will see this error when trying to create a proposal.
Fix: Click "go to your user profile" in the error to be taken directly to your settings, then add a Recheck license.

Error: Application submitted without Recheck verification
If a sales rep submits an application without being Recheck verified, an error message will show with details and a quick link to reverify and submit.
Fix: Click "Enerflo account profile" in the error to be taken to your settings and complete Recheck. Once done, return to the deal and click "Resend" to send the contract.
Contract send errors
Because time can pass between proposal creation and the financing stage, IGS re-checks the rep's Recheck license again at contract send. If re-verification is required, one of the messages below will appear. Click the hyperlink in the message, reverify your Recheck, and return to the proposal.
"Contract has not been sent. Recheck token provided does not match the IGS user's Recheck token."
"Contract has not been sent. Recheck token is required."
"Contract has not been sent. Your Recheck verification is invalid or has expired."
