Overview
When Enerflo Support or an admin corrects underlying data feeding an agreement — a battery's spec sheet, an install agreement template, or an equipment mapping — that fix does not automatically update documents already generated on open deals. Whether a correction reaches a specific deal's paperwork depends on where that agreement is in the signing process.
Where Your Agreement Is Determines What Happens
Not yet generated: If the agreement hasn't been created yet, the correction will apply automatically — no action needed.
Generated but unsigned: An existing, unsigned agreement will not update on its own. It must be manually rebuilt to pull in the corrected data (see steps below).
Already signed: A signed agreement will never retroactively update, even after a Rebuild. The only way to reflect a correction on a signed agreement is to void it and have the customer sign a newly generated version — contact Enerflo Support before voiding (see below).
How to Rebuild an Agreement
Open the agreement on the deal.
Scroll to the bottom of the document.
Click Rebuild.
Confirm the updated data is now reflected.
Thrive-Specific Behavior
Regenerating a document package on a Thrive deal does not disable the customer's earlier signing link — it stays clickable. What changes is that a signature submitted via the old link no longer counts as valid or completed.
💡 Note: Always confirm the customer is using the most recently sent link before treating a "not signed" status as an error.
When to Contact Support
If a deal's agreement is already signed and the underlying data still needs correcting, contact Enerflo Support before voiding — voiding is the only way to force a resend or re-sign, and it may affect financing status on TPO deals.
