If you're trying to remove or replace a design and it won't come out of the design queue, check whether it's attached to a proposal. A design tied to a proposal can't be removed until the design is no longer associated with a proposal.
To Resolve
If the agreement has already been signed, download a copy of the signed contract first — you'll need to re-upload it after making changes.
Go to the deal's Proposal stage and click Unfinalize
Change the design being used in the proposal. If you only have one design, create a manual design on the design stage, and use that one in the proposal.
Remove the design from the queue.
Re-finalize the proposal once the correct design is in place, and re-upload the signed contract if applicable.
Note: There is currently no way to remove a design attached to a finalized proposal without going through this process. If you get stuck at any step, reach out to Enerflo Support and a teammate can walk through it with you directly.
