Proposal Won't Finalize: Adder Missing a Price

What this error means

If a proposal throws an error when you try to finalize it, and an adder was recently added to (or removed and re-added on) the proposal, check whether that adder has a dollar amount entered. An adder left without a price will block finalization.

How to resolve it

  1. Open the proposal and locate the adder in the adders list.

  2. Click the "Edit Inputs" button on the bottom right of the pricing page and enter the price.

  3. Save and re-attempt finalization.

💡 Note: If the proposal still won't finalize after fixing or removing the adder, try toggling the financing product on the deal (e.g. to Cash and back) to help clear a stuck state, then retry.
